Reports in Cost Explorer that show how much of your Reserved Instances are used (utilization) and how much of your On-Demand workload they cover (coverage), helping you spot wasted or missing RIs.

When to use it
✓ Use it when
You have Reserved Instances (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, Redshift, OpenSearch) and want to optimize their usage.
✗ Avoid it when
Most commitments have moved to Savings Plans → Savings Plans reports in Cost Explorer.
