1. Who runs Servisphere

Servisphere is an independent learning project run by Servisphere Team. For any question about personal data, contact support@withkathy.cloud.

2. Data we collect

• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile picture and the internal account ID (uid) provided by Google.
• While you learn: progress (services viewed, scenarios completed, daily activity counts for the last 120 days, quiz match results) and settings (language, display options). Used to draw your personal progress charts.
• Friends: your friends list and friend requests, including both people's names and profile pictures.
• The likes you give to services.
• Your email for receiving quiz invites: we store a mapping from your email to your account ID, so other users who already know your email can invite you to a quiz room.
• Quiz rooms: your name, picture, score and answers inside a room.
• Usage statistics via Google Analytics, only if you click "Accept": pages and features used, device type, approximate country, and your internal account ID. Google Analytics sets _ga* cookies.
• Data stored in your browser (localStorage, PWA cache): language, your analytics choice, and data used to open the app offline.

3. Who can see your data

• While you are online, your name and profile picture are shown to other learners.
• In a quiz room, other players in that room see your name, picture and score.
• Other signed-in users can see the like count of each service.
• Your friends can see whether you are online or offline. People you send a friend request to see your name and picture in the request. Your progress charts are visible only to you.
• Your email is never shown to other users; only people who already know your email can invite you.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to: sign you in and save your progress; show who is learning at the same time; run quiz rooms and invites; and, if you agree, understand which features are useful so we can improve the content. The legal basis is your consent, given when you sign in and when you click "Accept" on the analytics notice. We never sell personal data.

5. Where data is stored and who processes it

Data is stored on Google infrastructure: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Realtime Database (Singapore region) and Google Analytics. Google's servers may be located outside your country, so your data may be transferred abroad for processing. Google processes the data under Google's terms.

6. Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

7. Your rights

• Delete your account: open the account menu (your picture, top right) → "Delete account". This deletes your progress, settings, likes, email mapping, invites, friends list (including your entry in your friends' lists) and sign-in account.
• Withdraw analytics consent: account menu → "Analytics (cookie) settings" → "Decline".
• View, correct or delete other data (for example quiz rooms you created): email support@withkathy.cloud from your account's email address.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites (AWS pricing pages, courses…). Their own policies apply once you open them. See also our Affiliate disclosure.

9. Age

Servisphere is intended for people aged 16 and over. Users under 16 need a parent's or guardian's consent before signing in.

10. Changes

When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

This policy is written under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15).
